Unfortunately, we don't have eMMC (ISP) pinout for SM-J510FN at the moment, but if You have experience in soldering, You can remove eMMC chip from PCB for repairing (programming), solder necessary wires directly to eMMC chip contacts (or use proper eMMC adapter for direct connection), do repair and then solder eMMC chip back to device's PCB. Maybe someone have ISP pinout for this device and upload it here for You.
