To repair the phone via JTAG, do the next: 1. Install the latest Medusa Software version 2.6.1.4 (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual). 2. Select "Samsung SCH-I535" in Software list; press "Help" button to look at JTAG pinout picture and attentively solder all necessary JTAG wires. 3. Connect (plug) the device to Box; select "EasyRepair" Mode; press "EasyRepair" button and follow EasyRepair wizard instructions (steps). 4. Post here the result. To do "Smart Repair" via eMMC (ISP), do the following: 1. Install the latest Medusa Pro Software version (Medusa Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual). 2. Download and install SRF (Smart Repair File) for SCH-I535 from the Support Area (via "Download *.srf" button in Software). 3. Select "eMMC" option in Software. 4. To repair devices via eMMC, You need to have Medusa Pro Box. Octoplus Box HW doesn't support work with eMMC. Also, if You already have JTAG activation on your Octoplus card, to work with eMMC You can buy "Medusa PRO Upgrade Kit": https://gsmserver.com/item/boxes-and...o-upgrade-kit/. No need to buy any additional activations. Last edited by Octopus box; 04-28-2017 at 07:35. |
