Hello.

Such error may appear, if there is no enough powering on USB port, where You have connected Box or there is a problem with eMMC connection - present shorts on PCB or soldered wires are too long. Please disconnect all other devices from PC, connect Box directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important for stable connection), then check shorts on PCB, check soldering of all wires, make each wire as short as possible (max. 3-5 CM length) and try again. Try to use another USB A-B cable to connection Box to PC.

Also note, that You shouldn't connect/use any external power supply to device to power it!

This error:

means, that there is a problem with eMMC, it is damaged (often occur with this Hynix eMMC chip) and Software can't write data correctly to it. In this case only the solution is a chip replacement.

You can try also to uncheck "Write data verification" option and then try to do "Smart Repair" or "Factory Repair" again. Most likely, this will not help to solve the problem, but You can try.
