Hello.

You should find and write original firmware for this device from "Qualcomm...9008" Mode. Connect the device in "Qualcomm...9008" Mode then go to "Factory Repair" tab of Software, select original firmware with "*.xml" and write it into your device. If You can't find proper firmware, You can read out full flash from the same working device model and write this full flash into your "dead" device.

Also, please always use the latest Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).
