Hello.

Unfortunately, we don't have eMMC pinout or Test Point for this device at the moment. Maybe someone have and will upload it here for You.

Are you testing edl cable to enter in edl mode ?
You Can test all combinaison with vol Key and edl cable

I think This mobile is a hisense technologie and to enter in EDL mode you need :
Power off mobile and press Vol down Key and insert edl cable
And After you get successful to enter in edl mode tell me to geving you Factory rom to repaire boot.
