What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it?

Please, install the latest Software version then reflash the phone with another firmware, after check phone again and post here full Software log.

In which condition phone is now? Can You put the phone into Download mode?

phone is running ok but mmc no show

before flash set ok but locked .. i flash it & unlock after this process mmc card no show

What do You mean exactly emmc not show? Please, try to make factory reset operation, after post here result.
