Hi Octoplus team
I just bought Octoplus one week ago, I install all drivers on support site
When I plug box to comp all driver install okie, only one for" SMART CARD : NO DRIVER FOUND "
what driver I need to install for Smart card for my comp ( Window 7, 64bit )

another question:
I unlock and repair IMEI ( new IMEI ) all okie, phone working all network okie
This phone is Samsung T399, version 4.2.2,
If I want to install back to Stock firmware over Odin or Octoplus-Box, does it keep unlocked and keep new IMEI ?
and I see on tap " Firmware Convert" : what it does

I'm very happy with Octoplus Box now, only 3 days I get all my $ back to pocket, Box free now

Hello.

Currently no official Box drivers for Win x64, it is better to use Win x32. Anyway, try to install these drivers:

Yes, the phone should remains unlocked.

By using Firmware converter, You can convert original Samsung firmware to Octopus/Octoplus firmware ("*.oct") and write it by using Octopus/Octoplus Software.
