c3300 unlocking error [Solved] - GSM-Forum

I wanted to unlock this phone but it always shows this error whenever I want to use com port, how will I solve this error "port busy!"completely?

Platform: LG Analog Devices
Selected port: COM3
Selected baudrate: 921600
Selected model: C3300
Please reconnect battery...
Port busy!

To unlock the device, try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Fully charge phone's battery.
3. Disconnect all other devices from PC.
4. Re-boot the PC.
5. Run the Software.
6. Select correct (Box) COM port.
7. Set (select) lower (try 115200) baud rate.
8. Connect the device to Box via LG 7050 UART cable.
9. Press "Connect" button in the Software.
10. Reconnect the battery.
11. When phone will be connected make Unlock.

I have done all these said above, I believe this error is from "usb to serial converter", but it was installed well.

Every thing is working well whenever am working with usb but with com port, it always says "port busy" plz help me an look into it.

Am using window 7 ultimate.

Sir it later worked, it that software that you want to close the while helping me with ammy, is m-router, I closed it and it worked.
