| Hello. Please try to put the phone into Emergency (Download) Mode manually and repeat the Unlock operation. To put your phone into Emergency Mode, please disconnect the cable, reconnect phone's battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" + "Power ON" keys and connect the cable. |

| Thanks very much for quick feedback Octopus team, but still no success. Put LG C800G in download mode manually (E+Vol Up+Pwr -- combo suggested in your reply did not work), reconnected cable, clicked Unlock, get exact same error as before... "Sending Loader Failed....Resource File Was Not Found"... Any other suggestions greatly appreciated. Boundless thanks |

| Please try to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the support area and try to Unlock it again. Use the latest (current version is 2.1.8) Octopus Box LG software version. |

| @ hungwood What is the problem exactly? Have You re-flashed the phone with the firmware from the support area and tried to Unlock it again? PLease post here full software lof with all af your actions (writing formware and unlock). |
