I did not go further, in case the phone got damage!

Hello.

Currently Unlock with Android 6.x version for these phone models is fully supported. Please, make all backups first, then You can perform Unlock operation with Skip Read/ Write QCN during Unlock operation option.

Unlock operation is supported for H812. You can find a step by step description of how to perform the operation in phone Software manual (press "Help" button in Software).

Hello.

Please install the latest Software version (Software), re-boot PC, re-start the phone and repeat operation again. Post here the result.

To connect the phone correctly in Normal Mode, You should do the following:

1. Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
2. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*815# for corresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
