Smile Can't choise / add firmware in LG software [Solved]


hi
after instal new setup lg 2.2.7 exe . when i try to add any firmware in qualcomm tab the icon grise and not work.but when i try to add firmware in any other tab like mtk or semc icon work?

need any help urgently

Hello.

Please, reinstall Software, if problem still remain, try to set up display settings (screen resolution) manually.

still some problem.in samsung software work perfectly

I have exactly same problem Reiinstalling software and resolution of screen doesent work. In two computers.

Please, unistall Software from the PC, then download and install the latest Software version after check Software.

Still same, also clened registry etc, installed removed. Only qualcomm tab.

If You have Win 10, try to do next: Go to Display Settings, Display, Change the size of text, apps... to 100% then restart PC, run Software and writ the result.

If You have Win 7, do next: Go to Personalize, Display, Select Smaller -100% (Default) option, press Appy, then restart PC and run Software.

Wow, worked. Screen rezo is not ok, but atleast i can use software. Thanks!

Tomorrow we will prepare test Software version for You, the problem should be fixed with any resolution.
