hi team i download both firmwares available from support ared both failed

even can't flash it with lgflashtool2014
lgflashtool starts to flash the phone till 4% and stuck and all pc apps freeze out pc become busy and unresponsive
phone condition is stuck at t-mobile logo and keep rebooting
DOES this need boot repair????

Most likely, device has HW issue. Try to find and write another firmware. Also, You can try to repair this device using Medusa Software.
