"Reset Screen Lock" operation is supported for LG D855. For correct work with the phone You need to install the following drivers: http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/..._ver_3.8.1.rar, http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe). After installation of the necessary drivers restart PC, then connect the phone and check what devices appear in PC Device Manager, and whether drivers for this devices were installed correctly.
