ok... skipped SEC backup (did last time) unlocked but still some error in the end

Hello.

Please, before Unlock operation, perform these steps:
To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do one of the following:

Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*815# for coresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
