Can't unlock LG LS993 [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Please help me can't unlock or even read spc,when I press ##3424# asks for spc,and always failed when trying to read it,even I followed the instructions correctly:

Hello.

Please reconnect the phone directly to PC USB motherboard port, select "Charge only" or "File Transfer" type of connection and perform "Read info" operation. If problem still remain, download and install test Software version from the Support Area ("LG/TEST SOFTWARE" folder), then repeat the "Unlock" operation again and write here the result.

can you please help me with the test software so I can test the MSL problem reading,I couldn't download it from support it says server error?

Test version is not more available after new Software release. Please use the latest Software version.

Does the device asks for SPC code or You can simple select DIAG option?

I can't select diag,phone asks for SPC,if I can enable diag there is no need for all of this,but phones asks for spc when trying to enable diag.

I tried unlocking LS993 and it successfully unlocked. But after unlocking, i cant connect data on Sprint network. Does this unlock makes it to not work on sprint network again? If you, how can i go back to locked state so it works on sprint? I tried repeating unlock several times but it wont go back to its original state.

Hello.

In order to restore phone to it initial state, please perform Hard Reset via button combination. You can try to select Network type manually in settings and set it to CDMA, after check phone's work again.

Will it remain unlocked for GSM after reset? I did reset and now CDMA works again. But when i select network type manually to gsm, it doesn't allow to enter apn settings.
