Card Update problem


Every time I start the program, I have to update my card. Is this normal? My count is 17 and my limit is 18.

Hello.

Please, every time, when Software asks to update card, just close the Update Wizard, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-connect the Box and try to run Software again. Try to connect the Box to another PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards. Also, write us to PM your card S/N, we will add update's attempts to your card.

Thank you. I sent the PM of my serial number. I have another problem that's been bothering me. I can never install the smart card driver for my Octopus Box. The program works but not having the driver means that I have to wait while before I can use the program. I use Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bits.

This is OK, if Software can be run, this means, that card driver is installed successfully.
