I Am Using Your Device More Than 3 Years.... I Am Satisfy With Box & Its Update But I Feel Support/Service Is Not As Good As I Expect From Team..

Now Days LG Phones Gone Dead If U Flash With Lower Firmware Ver. But You Site Not Having Latest Firmware For Most.. Kindly Update In Regular Basic For All Latest Models (Upload All Region Files). Add Phone N File Ver Check Option If Using Downgrade File Then Warning Must Be Show...

2nd Octopus Use Encrypted Files For Flashing In Own .Oct Format Then Also File Download Limit Even If U Have All Activation On Single Box U Can Download Only 20 Files Which Is quite Unfair (When U Resume File Then Also Count).... As Now Days Files Are Big In Size N More Android Handset Are Coming Limited Internet Speed N File Limit...

Kindly Remove Download Limit Or Set It To 50 Atleast.

About Sony No Update We Don't Need Unlock N Security Repair Atleast Give Us Flashing Option...N Pattern N Other Lock Remove Option For Latest Handset

I Also Req For My Online A/C ID Pass Reset But Team Said Ask To Manager In Gsmserver Site ?? They Never Online When I Am ..Once I Talk Few Months Back They Not Proper Ans N Also Not Give Procedure ??
