Please, check your PM, we have sent test software version for You, unfortunately firmware for D175F isn't available, we will try to find and add to the Support Are. If You will able to get the firmware for D175F, You can use firmware convertor in Octoplus LG Tool to convert firmware into *.oct file format, after You will be able to reflash the phone with Octoplus LG.

Please, check correct phone model on the pcb of the phone and post here result. You can try to reflash the phone with D160 firmware (in software check manual select option) You can brick the phone, try but on your own risk.

You have D175F phone model, If You have error: "battery not valid" You need to change phone' battery and check for error again, phone's restart may also occur via bad phone battery.
