Please remove root with "Unroot" button in the Software, make Factory Reset, then root the phone again with "Root" button in Software. When phone will be re-rooted - try to perform "Unlock" operation again. Note, that You should press "Ok/Accept/Grant/Allow" on any pop-up dialogue that may appear on phone's screen during the operation. |
