Hello.

Reset Scree Lock is currently not supported for this device. Try to make Hard reset.

To make Hard reset, try to do the next:

1. Turn off the phone. NOTE: make sure that the handset is not connected to any USB connectors.
2. With the smartphone turned off, press and hold the "power" and "Volume down" buttons at the same time.
3. Keep pressing the buttons for about 8 seconds. Once the "LG" logo appears, release the "Power" button, and immediately after, re-press and hold it.
4. Once the "Factory Hard Reset" screen pops-up, release the hardware keys.
5. Press the "Power" key to reset the smartphone. NOTE: to cancel, press "Volume Up" or "Volume Down".
6. Press the "Power" key again to confirm the reset, and wait for your device to complete the process and reboot.
