D681 Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi
I have a problem with D681

The phone no startup, stuck on logo.
I flashed but the flash run and finished ok but not startup. The phone stay with Android image with exclamation ( ! in red ) and stuck.

Which is the problem ?
Can help me please ?

Hello.

Please, reflash the phone with stock firmware from the Support Area and post here software log.

Seems, You have installed some custom recovery, please perform Wipe Cache and Factory Data reset in recovery menu, after try to reflash the phone with another stock firmware.

Do you know how I make wipe data and cache please ?
I make hard reset but its not the same like samsung in this model.
