in old version 1.8.4 when read info d802 converted software show me orignal model like if phone is ls980 when i click read info on d802 its show me error and show me orignal model how can ****** model in new version d800,d801,ls980 converted to d802

Please, check which phone model exactly You have, then try to reflash the phone with correct firmware.

Disassemble the phone , read phone carrier on phone and flash according to PCB model
If you flash wrong version touch is not going to work .

open your mobile with tester and open the board now you see the metal blade ,now this is your actual modle ...............so flash with it....................

if i want check without open phone then in old version off octuplus show model after update my card new version old octuplus version stop working plz add this feature in new update or any way to i downgrade my card version bcz i dontt have 1 phone i have quanity in hand

Unfortunately, old version of Software will not available anymore, if You want check correct phone model or You don't know if your phone was converted to another model, please check on phone pcb or under battery to know which exact phone model You have.
