d802 flash

hello

I have three D802's which all are locked by passworld.

I tried to reset screen lock:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Platform: LG Qualcomm
Selected port: COM3
Selected model: D802
Please, put the phone into download mode manually (Power phone OFF,
press and hold "Vol+" button and connect the cable).
Reading info...
Could not detect mode!

and I tried to flash:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Checking data...OK
Platform: LG Qualcomm
Selected port: COM3
Selected model: D802
Reading info...
Could not detect mode!

I will add that charging ports work fine and phones are connected in download mode.

Any idea why it doesn't work???

Hello.

Please install required drivers and restart PC.
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe)

After restart, manually switch the phone into Emergency Mode (To enter emergency mode, power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable) and try to make "Reset Screen Lock" again.
