D802 g2 after flash touch not working proper

hi

i have flashed LG D802 with two firmwares from octopus support
but after flash touch is working improper


i noted by logfile saved in octopus floder that previous firmware was LGD800AT-01-V20k-310-410-MAR-04-2014+0


octopus team please guide me for this issue

Please, check which phone model exactly You have, check under battery or on the phone pcb, then post here result.

hi sir

phone model is exactly which i wrote is "D802 IFCC ID:ZNFD802 MADE IN KOREA" on the backcover
i had also seen in phone menu "about" before flash was G2 D802
but now i can't acess menu because of touch issue
phone was working fine ,the issue was unwanted apps were there(SEX*)
and i my self checked version was "D80220B"

something is wrong as you said
please guide me for this

Please, try to reflash the phone with another firmware, don't downgrade the firmware version, after post here result.
