D802 no sim inserted

I have one d802 that show no sim inserted.

I have:

- Performed firmware upgrade
- Repaired security
- Repairde NWM
- Repaired IMEI

But also show No Sim

I have checked sim reader and all seems ok...

Any idea to solve or to check where is the problem?

Hello.

Are You sure your phone is unlocked? Try to perform the Unlock operation. Also, this can be HW problem. Try to use different SIM cards, try to insert Motorola test card and check, whether SIM card is accepted.

No, this is normal, this is Modem firmware ID.

Try also to do the next:

1. Make Repair Security.
2. Perform the Repair IMEI operation.
3. Make Repair NVM.
4. Re-flash the phone.

If this will not help - most likely, this is HW problem.
