Hello.

What operation did You try to perform and what error appeared exactly? On which step? Please post here full Software log, all logs are saved here: "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_LG\LOG\.

Writing firmware is currently not supported for this device. You can try to update firmware by using Software from the package "Nexus 5 Root Software.rar" from the folder "LG/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/" on the Support Area (just press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software).

by cmdz install the software

But android 5.0 does not support it octopus right? for unlock or repair imei

The error occurred when writing the safety zone to repair imei,
imei is corrupt "0"
