Yes, mr. zishhaider is absolutely right, if here Android 5.x.x firmware in your device, You can't connect the phone in Normal Mode. You can re-flash the phone with lower Android firmware version, make Repair IMEI (or make Unlock) and then write (or to update) firmware to Android 5.0.x again. Octopus Box LG Software currently doesn't support Write Firmware for this device. To write firmware You can use "Nexus 5 Root Software" from the folder "LG/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/" from the Support Area.

What is the Android firmware version in the phone now? What is the IMEI and baseband in the phone?

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger and try to repeat the operation again.

Connect the phone in Normal Mode (not in Fastboot Mode), turn on USB Debugging Mode aand repeat the operation once again.
