D820/ Root Failed

I've been trying to repair the IMEI & Network on this N5 it is rooted & it still fails every time I have even pre accepted root in ADB shell rebooted and Restarted its on version 4.4.2

I also rerooted and reflashed with and without the octo box several times from 4.4.2 to 4.4.3 and it still fails

That's part of the problem its not logging correctly either I get a partial log like this none of my logs get past the beginning

The problem is the Root Fails even though im rooted I've tried to root from the octopus box I've tried rooting from TWRP and then flashing a stock boot and recovery image I've tried every possible combination and Root still fails I've accepted Root permission in a ADB through shell nothing works.

I've tried this on 4.4.2 , 4.4.3, 4.4.4, 5.0, 5.0.1

I've tried it on two separate PC still the same

I noticed on octopus 1.9.1.2 test software it connects and on 1.9.2 it hangs trying to read it.

I've run setprop commands also so there you got all the info

Yes I have this is a box issue not a driver issue but to answer your question yes if you've noticed it past you software updates a lot of people have been having the same problem
