Try to reflash the phone using "nexus 5 root software" Software from "lg/for unlock and repair/" folder of the Support Area. To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
Try to write original firmware via original flashing tool.

If problem with writing of firmware will persist with these two optional methods, then, most likely, your device has HW problem.
