Hi,
I am facing D850 No Network problem after Writing QCN Files downloaded From Server..

Tried Restoring QCN Backup Made before experimenting with phone but still No network found...

Kindly Help me team ASAP...

Hello.

Try to write another QCN from the Support Area. If problem will remain - read out QCN from another, correctly working D850 and write it into Your phone.

Already Tried 2 QCN files which were available at support but problem remain same..
Question 1 : Why still no network after restoring QCN file backup which was made previously when phone had proper network is not working...?? Is QCN backup made with Octopus is not reliable..??
Question 2 : Why I am not able to repair its Security..?? i mean what's the error i am getting while repairing security posted in logs before...??

What was the reason of writing QCN if phone had no problem with network?
"Read QCN" operation creates a backup of phone's QCN. Problems may arise if phone's QCN is already damaged, or it was not possible to read whole QCN file from phone (depends on particular device).

To perform "Repair Security" operation, do the next:
1. Install the following driver: http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe
2. Manually put the phone into Emergency Mode (To enter emergency mode, power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable).
3. Press "Repair Security" button in Software.

Also, try to use P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) for connection.

But still no network on phone octopus team kindly give me any working solution because phone network is destroyed by me using QCN files downloaded from Octopus Server And Now Client is really frustrated...

Previously phone was having only 3g/4g connection problem but now no network..

Please make Factory Reset, wait 2-5 minutes after phone turns on and try to select network manually.

Hi, could you fix the 4g/3g issue? My d850 only work on edge, it lost 4g/3g network..
