Hello.

Please switch the phone to Emergency Mode manually (To enter emergency mode, power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable), then make Read Info and post here Software log.

Please team help me i'm trying to connect LG G3 D850 AT&T but cannot read i enabled the USB Debugging but the software doesn't find the phone.

Hello.

To connect LG D851, please, do the next:
1. Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone.
2. Turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone.
3. Go to "Settings->PC connection->Select USB connection method" and select "Charge phone" option.

After this steps install LG PC Suite, connect the phone to PC and check whether COM port appears.
