Which devices are appeared in Device manager, after You perform these steps, make screenshot and post here:

Please perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect cable
2. Put phone into download mode manually (Power phone OFF, press and
hold "Vol+" button and connect the cable (or P990 cable))
3. Connect cable and press "Ok" button.

i do it vol+ and connect cable but go in fastmoode

this phone work only 2g i write qcn from ur support and i want fix imei and then want do repair network

i told only 2 g work i know about apn ..... and i told u if i use 3g only network go and no can call and when use 2g network came and can use call normal

but why u not tell me why no can use download mode??

Please, try to perform Write QCN operation, after check for 3g network, if You want to perform Repair IMEI operation, please check Skip Read Write QCN during operation option, then post here full Software log, if You can't put the phone into Download mode manually, most likely You have custom firmware on your phone, all operations are not supported for custom firmwares.

You can try to reflash phone with firmware from the Support Area, but make sure that You don't downgrade firmware version, downgrade can damage your device.

i not can flash it no go to download mode and go to fast mode
and i use cable p999 and i test for vol+ many time and go to fast mode again

If You can't able to put the phone into Emergency mode You will not able to reflash it, You can try to repair your phone with Software which supports it via EMMC or JTAG.
