Please, try to do next:

1. Reflash the phone with another firmware, don't downgrade firmware version.
2. Perform Unlock operation, then check network, if problem with network still remain, perform next steps.
3. Write QCN into your phone, You can also read QCN from another correctly working phone (same phone model) and write into your, after check netowk.
4. Post here full Software log with all performed operations.
