D851 Unlock Failure [Solved]

No matter which combo I use or version (1.6.4, 1.6.7, 1.6.9, 1.7.4) The unlock runs fine until it reboots into Normal mode in the second phase, then it will display...

10/31/2014 2:33:03 PM > Switching to Normal mode...
10/31/2014 2:33:37 PM > Found model D85110m at port COM6
10/31/2014 2:33:37 PM > Checking data...10/31/2014 2:33:37 PM > OK
10/31/2014 2:33:37 PM > Writing NVM...10/31/2014 2:33:38 PM > Failed!
10/31/2014 2:33:38 PM > Error code: ZXLCALSZXD

I have qcn and sec backups so I can restore them and get the phone back to a normal state, but I can't get the unlock to work properly. Please advise.

Hello.

Fully charge phone's battery, disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, connect the phone directly to PC (try on PC, not on laptap) motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important) and repeat the operation again. Post here full Software log.

If You were using PC with Windows 8 or higher - most likely this is the reason for the problem. Please use PC with Windows XP, or Windows 7 OS.

Thank didn't work, but I just got it going. The first time I tried was with 1.6.9 and that didn't work. I had to do a security and qcn restore to get fully clean, 2x reboots, then an unlock from 1.7.4.
