What was exact state of the phone before You reflashed it? Why did You decide to reflash the phone?

Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

Hello.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software, then find folder with correct phone model and download firmware which You need.
