LG DM-02H after reset frp show your device is corrupt it. it cant be trusted and may not work properly.
now what to do !!!! kindly share octopus team
also not goes to main menu just restart on your device is corrupted
try with hard reset but no luck

Yes, try to find V10g or higher firmware for this device model and re-flash the device. Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have firmwares for this device model.

No, this is "Read Full Flash" operation, not "Read Firmware". Please wait, we will prepare test Software version for You to read out firmware into "*.tot" format.

We have prepared and sent You new test Software version to PM, which supports writing firmwares for this device model in "*.tot" format. But mote, that writing firmware, which was read out from another phone is dangerous and may lead to phone damage! So write read firmware at your own risk only!
