e425g after e431 FW...

Hi there

I flashed e425G with e431 firmware.

after this, phone was working partially ok, the home key was not working and it was not sending sms.

so, I downloaded e425G firmware, twice from different source, one from support and one from lg, and with both files the phone is not boting correctly.

and while in the charger and powered off it says something about battery temperature.
When you try to turn it on, it starts and just before loading the SO it goes off like if battery was empty.

If I load e431 firmware again, phone just charge well and also teh SO runs.

So, just wanted to know if there is a way to fix this, before I start to load a boot repair process via JTAG.

Hello.

Please, check which phone model exactly do You have on PCB, then try to reflash your device with correct firmware. Also You can try to use another battery and check how it charges in your device.

Hello

Phone is E425G
As I said, has been flashed with teh correct firmware.

if I use e431 firmware, no problems at all with charging or battery, so, is not a battery issue.

Please, try to reflash the phone with firmware for e425G phone model, firmwares are available at the Support Area, then try to perform Repair NVM, Security operations. Post here full Software log with all performed operations.

Also, please read this forum thread Why my post thread has been deleted
