E431g Problem - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I have a problem with this E431g
The phone is with screen lock (pattern)
I try to make hard reset and I cant, the phone always turned on and not run a reset process.
Also,
I flashed and when finished turn on with screen lock again.
The last:
Make Reset Screen Lock. Run ok and the sw said me ok.
The phone turn on with screen lock !!!

Which is the problem ?

Try to make Factory data reset ("Factory reset" button in the Software), then make Repair NVM (if this is possible for your device) and perfrom Reset Screen Lock operation once again.

Hi,
I make all that you told me and nothing !
The phone not reset and still have a lock screen.

Try to re-flash the phone with the firmware from the Support Area, then repear mentioned above operations and post here full Software log.
