As You can see, from your Software log, Write Firmware process was not performed successfuly:
Quote:
Writing AMSS...29/11/2014 14:21:28 > Failed!
Do the next:

1. Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger.
2. Put the device into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable).
3. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important.
4. Write firmware with phone's boot loaders again.

Try to write firmware on another PC. Try to write firmware several times.

Note
: if it is not possible to write firmware or during firmware writing occures error, you need to put manualy phone into Emergency mode

Also note: make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.

Does the phone go into Emregency Mode? If no, try to make Repair by using Jatg tool and then re-flash the phone with the firmware with phones boot loaders.

The problem can be with the next: as You can see from your Software log, You have selected E610 model:
Quote:
Selected model: E610
your device had boot loaders (was detected as) from E610v:
Quote:
29/11/2014 14:21:26 > Reading info...29/11/2014 14:21:26 > OK
29/11/2014 14:21:26 > Mode: Emergency
29/11/2014 14:21:26 > Model ID: BS/LGE610v/7D
And You tried to write firmware for E612:

29/11/2014 14:21:26 > Opening "DZ_LGE612AT-00-V20b-AME-XX-MAY-16-2013+0.oct"...29/11/2014 14:21:26 > OK
