Hello.

What exactly You want to do ? All firmwares which we have are available at the Support Area. To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

What exactly You want to do ? Please describe your problem more detail, post here software log, or post here screenshot with error.

I reset the phone
hard reset

Please, try to perform Factory Reset in the phone settings, also You can try to reflash the phone with firmware from the Support Area, please, don't downgrade the firmware version You can brick the phone, after post here result.
