Hello Octoplus team :

I just got E730 Hang on emergency mode customer says this happened during softwear update .

I have flashed latest frimwear from support area and same .

please check in case any update for this model and Update support Area

Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

We have uploaded V20 firmware for E730 into the Support Area. Try to reflash the phone with it and post the result.

and phone is same ???

anything else I can do ... shall I try JTAG tools to write new bootloader

Yes, if problem remains the same - try to repair the phone via JTAG.

I have tired Jtag tools and not work also I have connect PS_hold with 2K OEM to VREF

any newer versions

Have You tried to reflash the phone again, after performing a boot repair/writing of a new bootloader?
