e900 unlock failed

Hi support,

I tried to unlock e900 (new one, without use, checked before unlocking, set worked normally, with service, detected original carrier sim), soft reported unlocked succesfully, but now set cannot initialize with any card, I mean, even with the original carrier sim, it shows "invalid sim", also, I cannot write original backup because set cannot be detected at any comport, please tell which driver exactly should I install and how is it detected at device manager.

Done, but set is equal then before permorming these actions, another rare thing, GUI says that we must perform repair imei after repairing security, but strangely imei is intact (its suposed to be zeros)

Phone is at same status than performing these actions, I use original carrier sim card, or any sim u want, phone shows insert correct sim card.

Please I need urgent solution.
