Hello.

Please disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, fully charge phone's battery, put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, power phone off, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable) and perform the Repair IMEI operation from Emergency/Download Mode. Post here the result.

Try to re-flash the phone and then make Repair IMEI again. If IMEI still will not present after this, this can be HW issue.

Wierd. Phone dont show imei, but when i make "repair security" octoplus readed correctly backup with imei..

E960_35648905_15-10-2014_12-23-22.SEC

Another things - when i manually flash phone with fastboot (newest 4.4.4 official occam-ktu84p-factory-b6ac3ad6)
fastboot flash recovery, system etc.

Phone dont boot - only logo Nexus. Wipe dont help.
When i flashed Phone with 4.2.2 occam-jdq39-factory-345dc199 Phone boot normal...

Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area. If the problem is the same - most likely, this is HW issue.
