As I see, You used very old Software version. Please do the next:
1. Insatall the latest Software version (Software).
2. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, power OFF phone, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable).
3. Write first security backup "E975_355296051923451_19-03-2014_11-57-59.SEC" into the phone ("Write backup" button on Sofware).
4. Check, whether IMEI is not Null and write here the result.

Also, please upload somewhere this security backup file "E975_355296051923451_19-03-2014_11-57-59.SEC" and post here the link, we will research, where can be the problem with your phone.

As I see, in your device IMEI is the same, as it was before unlocking:
Quote:
SW Version: M9615A-CEFWMAZM-3.0.10663
IMEI: 355296-05-192345-1
Quote:
Product ID: SM08S130402008103
IMEI: 355296-05-192345-1
If after of writing security backup, phone's IMEI is Null, this means phone's IMEI was Null before unlocking. After of writing security backup, the phone returns to the previous state, which was before of performing the Unlock operation.

Try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area and check, whether IMEI is still null.

Try to write security file "E975_zero_security.sec" from the Support Area ("Write Security" button in Software) and check the IMEI.
