hi i'm trying to unlock this phone, turn it off disconnect battery and conect usb

Hello.

Your device doesn't answer to Software's requests (CMDs). Try to use different PC motherboard USB ports for connection. Don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important.

please octopus box help me i can't unlock this phone, tryed another usb port/pc and still nothing! same error
