Hello.
As I see, there was HW problems with your device, Software couldn't erase and write some part of firmware:

also it is confirmed by the following:

Also try to fully charge phone's battery with external charger, connect the device to another motherboard USB port and try to make Repair again. If the problem is the same. check HW.

where can i find v20 firmware maybe abut version i lookedup boot-loader but only ver. 10 firmware i downloade kdz etract it for converter but it has V20B.wdb and LGP760.dll convernter needs CP fil *.fls and ap file *.bin can i convert it ?

All firmwares (V10x and V20x) You can find in Free Octopus/Octoplus Support Area - just press "Go to Suport" button at "Support & Options" tab in Software.
