Do the next:
1. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
2. Install the latest Software version (Software).
3. Fully charge phone's battery with external charger.
4. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable).
5. Connect the device directly to motherboard USB port.
6. Perform "Unlock" operation again.
7. Post here the result.
