What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it? Which device is appear in Device manager when You connect the phone, now?

Please try to put the phone manually into Emergency ( Download ) mode and reflash with the firmware from the Support Area, If You can't enter into Emergency mode, You can try to restore the phone via Medusa Box Software, perform Dead Boot repair operation, after post here result.
