Hello.

Please try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Install the following driver: http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe .
3. Restart PC.
4. Try to perform "Repair IMEI" opreation.
5. Make Factory Reset right after "Repair IMEI" operation. Do not check phone's IMEI, this is important!

When phone turns on after Factory Reset, check phone's IMEI. Post here the result and full Software log of the operation.
