what error is this? i try with L, S, LS testing connection only but in exact model sending error modem. only 1 firmware they have on support....

What is the state of your device exactly? What is the problem with it? Why do You want to write firmware? What is the firmware version in the phone exactly?

Fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, take out SIM and SD cards from the phone, re-boot the PC, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important) and try to write firmware again. Try to write firmware on another PC. Try to find another firmware and write it, currently we have no other firmwares for this device. We will try to find and, if we find, we will upload them into the Support Area.

i already do it what you said & follow but still no luck. its hang on LG OLLEH on other pc its always hang on formatting. can i try your uploaded firmware?

Check HW, most likely, your devcie has HW issues.
